FreeUp Space helps you review storage and remove or optimize items you choose. Because photo and video cleanup can affect personal data, these terms explain your responsibilities and the limits of the app.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the FreeUp Space mobile application, website, support materials, and related services supplied by GTG Art Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 23773505681. By downloading, installing, opening, or using FreeUp Space, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app or any cleanup, deletion, optimization, or storage-management feature.
FreeUp Space is an iPhone utility that helps users review photos, videos, screenshots, similar items, duplicate items, blurry items, large files, and other storage-related categories. The app may suggest items that appear suitable for deletion, cleanup, or optimization.
These suggestions are convenience features only. They are not a guarantee that an item is unimportant, unwanted, duplicated, safe to delete, or recoverable later.
You are solely responsible for backing up your photos, videos, documents, messages, files, and any other data before using FreeUp Space to delete, remove, compress, optimize, or otherwise change anything on your device.
By using the app, you acknowledge and accept that cleanup actions can involve personal data and may carry a risk of permanent data loss. You agree that you should not delete or optimize anything unless you have reviewed it carefully and made any backup you consider necessary.
FreeUp Space is designed to ask for confirmation before cleanup actions occur. However, once you confirm a deletion, removal, compression, optimization, or similar action, the result may be difficult or impossible to reverse.
Some deleted photos or videos may appear in Apple's Recently Deleted album for a limited time, depending on iOS behavior and your device settings. FreeUp Space does not control Apple's recovery windows, iCloud sync behavior, Photos behavior, device backups, storage settings, or third-party backup services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTG Art Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 23773505681 is not responsible or liable for loss, corruption, deletion, alteration, failure to recover, or failure to back up any photos, videos, files, memories, device data, iCloud data, or other information arising from your use of the app, your decisions, device behavior, iOS behavior, iCloud syncing, app malfunction, software error, or any other cause.
You agree that backing up data before cleanup is your responsibility and that you use cleanup features at your own risk.
FreeUp Space is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, guarantees, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the app will identify every duplicate, similar item, blurry item, screenshot, large video, storage issue, or cleanup opportunity, or that its suggestions will always be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FreeUp Space, GTG Art Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 23773505681, and their suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of photos or videos, loss of memories, business interruption, device issues, or replacement costs arising from or related to your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any rights you may have under consumer protection laws.
You agree to use FreeUp Space only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, Apple App Store rules, and any instructions shown in the app.
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, bypass technical limits, use it to violate another person's rights, or use it in a way that could damage the app, our services, Apple services, or another user's device or data.
If you download FreeUp Space from the Apple App Store, your download, purchase, subscription, updates, refunds, and use may also be governed by Apple's App Store terms, Apple Media Services terms, and Apple's standard end-user license agreement unless a custom license agreement is provided in App Store Connect.
Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for FreeUp Space except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.
If the app offers paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases, payment and billing are handled through Apple's App Store systems. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through Apple according to Apple's rules and your App Store account settings.
Your use of FreeUp Space is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the app accesses, what is processed on device, and how to contact us about privacy.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website at any time. We may also release updates to improve performance, compatibility, safety, or functionality.
For support, contact support@freeup.space. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not guarantee recovery of deleted or altered data.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
